The management of a company’s governance is the rules, procedures, and guidelines that govern a company, while also considering the interests of employees, shareholders, customers and suppliers, lenders, government, and the community. These are the essential elements for a successful and prosperous business.

The people element is important because it ensures that everyone who work for a company are ethical, skilled and committed to its goals. This is especially important at a time when citizens are tired of corruption and demand more transparency, accountability, and equity.

Transparent reporting systems are a crucial element of good corporate governance.
